FAQ

Q: How long does an item take to arrive? 
A: Once an order is placed it takes 2-3 days to make. Once the order is complete I ship with USPS and items typically arrive within 3-7 business days. If you need your item before a particular date please send me a message and I will do my best to get it out as soon as possible. 

Q: Will I get a tracking number?
A: Yes! All orders will have tracking so you can check in on your order anytime during the shipping process. Please note that all orders are made to order and a tracking number is provided once the order is ready to ship. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to send me an email. I check my email every day and will get back to you quickly. 
*Sticker orders are sent via stamped envelope, this is what brings the cost down.

Q: Do you accept returns?
A: If you were sent the incorrect item or size from your original order a return label will be provided for you. Once the returned item is in transit you will be sent the correct item/size. 

Q: Do you accept refunds?
A: Each item is made to order and will look exactly how it appears on the site. Refunds for patches and apparel are not accepted. It is my goal to ensure that each customer is happy with their order and will work with you to make it right. 

Q: Can I submit a custom order?
A: Yes, you can email me at [email protected] or DM me on Instagram @Qtpatchshop to submit a request. A deposit is required before work can begin. 

Q: Where can I see reviews? 
A: If you check out my Etsy you can check out the reviews.
